ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • • Lead and build our real estate development execution team • Directing, evaluation of project and presenting cost/benefits analysis at project decision points for construction of residential/commercial complex, utility & infrastructure. • Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with company directors/ clients as well as making project schedule including material & manpower planning. • Leading on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the throughput. • Maintaining sustained coordination among all consultants and contractors (including labour contractors, MEP and Finishing Contractors). • Leading, monitoring and preparation of tender drawings/specifications and finalization of requirements, estimates & BOQ • Overseeing all engineers /project managers /site and technical staff and being a mentor for all construction activities including providing technical inputs of methodologies of construction and coordination for site management activities. • Preparing and reviewing method statements and work specific quality control plans as per specifications of contract document. • Implementation of all statuary compliances related to Health, Safety, Environment as defined by regulatory authorities under all applicable labour laws etc., and at the same time ensure safe and healthy environment for all project personnel. • Budget preparation and control of all
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • • BE / B Tech (Civil) from reputed university • Experience: 10 - 12 years at reputed Real Estate Developer in Pune • Project Exposure: Commercial PT slab & High-rise • Basement Excavation experience • Package is not a constraint for deserving candidate • Certified AP IGBC/LEED Certified
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain daily records of sales, purchase, billing, bank records and petty cash
  • Assist directors in any admin related tasks
  • File GST returns on a monthly basis and maintain TDS on all transactions
  • Bank reconciliation of all JV/JD/Project accounts
  • File company compliances and audits
  • Coordination with accounts/sales and purchase to retrieve outstanding amounts from customers and release vendor payments
  • Correspond and respond to tax and audit issues/compliances
  • Financial analysis
  • P&L, capital account, CC account, Loan Account, Escrow and RERA account maintenance
  • Bill processing, bill authentication
  • Use of Tally to maintain accounts and appropriate tax deductions
  • Monthly closing of books and providing MIS reports to all departments
  • Preparation of payroll and salary disbursal of all employees
  • All Coordination with banks for Construction Finance

  • Help in day to day business decision making by providing streamlined P&L, Capital account and Loan account numbers
  • Recommend and improve financial status of the organization by analysing numbers, preparing forecasts and interpreting data
  • Assist directors in admin related tasks on a day to day basis
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • Required: Graduate of B.Com/ M.Com with 3 or more years of experience of Finance and Accounts in Real Estate
  • Well versed in Tally ERP 9 accounting package
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred: Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Bright, motivated, self-starter and proactive personality who is comfortable working independently as we have a lean setup
  • Should speak fluent English, Hindi and preferably Marathi
  • Excellent Organizational Skills and Time Management

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and oversee the leasing of commercial office spaces at Platinum Capital (Mundhwa), Platinum Tower (Kharadi), and other upcoming developments
  • Handle leasing of retail spaces at Platinum Capital in addition to office spaces
  • Focus on leasing both co-working spaces and premium office units to businesses in the Pune market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their workspace needs and offer customized leasing solutions
  • Negotiate lease terms, pricing, and contracts in collaboration with legal and operations teams
  • Provide exceptional service to tenants, ensuring that any concerns or issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to develop competitive leasing initiatives
  • Meet leasing targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of A Advani Realty
  • Work closely with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth leasing processes
  • Actively engage with potential clients, brokers, and business partners to promote leasing opportunities and increase occupancy
  • Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies during leasing activities
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • 5+ years of experience in office leasing, with a proven track record in managing leasing for premium office spaces
  • Experience in leasing retail spaces, particularly within commercial properties
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both English and Hindi
  • In-depth knowledge of the Pune commercial real estate market, particularly in areas like Mundhwa and Kharadi
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and understand their leasing needs
  • Must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and achieving leasing goals
  • Master’s degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
