Responsible for lead generation through channel partners
Responsible for new channel partner acquisition and managing the existing channel partners
Follow Up and follow through the leads via mails or over phone or through Face to Face meetings
Meeting the clients, giving presentations about the product
Facilitating site visits of the customers, resolving their queries and facilitating deal closures
Experience in outdoor marketing activities, client meetings, presentations
Meeting Revenue targets measurable monthly, quarterly and annually
Maintain and Develop relationship with Channel Partners to grow the business
Maintain the required no of calls and markets visits as required from time to time
Gather and keep abreast all competitive information and have good understanding of the micro
Take initiatives to meet the assigned sales targets
Facilitate activities that could generate leads for the Channel Partner. ideate/innovate on leads
generation methods such as digital platforms/society activities/corporate in-roads higher smooth
customer on boarding process and enrich experience
Maintain Good follow up with the CP to increase buying conversion rate for the partner
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
8-10 Years of work experience with a Real Estate Company
Educational Qualification – Masters or equivalent
Good communication/ convincing skills
Positive attitude, patience while co-coordinating with clients
Ability to understand requirements of prospects
Client Relationship Management, handling calls, collecting
and updating the database
Objective: Enhance overall technical capacity of the organization through detailed planning and design support . Ideal candidate to have worked in design and development team of a developer or a reputed architect firm.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Concept plans detailed verification for constructability, efficiency and local statutory requirements.
Preparation and interface with Environmental consultant for drawings and appropriate EC documentation
Marketing collateral verification and approval required for all sales/promotion/digital marketing channels
Verification of liaison plan and record the appropriate plan differences
Interaction with liaison architect/ municipal office/PMRDA office to enhance plan approval/NOC’s required to begin construction
Develop concept plans as per management/JV partner requirements.
RERA requirements such as plinth area working, agreement specification drafting, agreement plans preparations and area statement/cost sheet working etc.
Good for construction drawing verification for all the departments/consultants/stakeholders of project
Support during material selection/contractor selection
Periodic site visit to help and reduce drawing issues faced by site team.
Managing the customization requests by CRM/SALES/Environment/IGBC.
Material selection for hospitality project.
Enhance façade design for commercial projects.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Required: Graduate of Architecture with 6 or more years of experience Architecture and Planning in Real Estate/hospitality industry.
Autocad latest version, 3D maxx, google sketch up, Revit , excell, Photoshop and have good knowledge of local bylaws, EC,RERA,IGBC and all NOC requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred: Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Bright, motivated, self-starter and proactive personality who is comfortable working independently as we have a lean setup
Should speak fluent English, Hindi and preferably Marathi
Excellent Organizational Skills and Time Management
Excellent leadership and people skills

Excellent interpersonal skills - Can interact with all kinds of people
Experience in the fields of PMC/PMRDA/PCMC DP compliance
