RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handle entire accounting and finance tasks for Kharadi commercial site
  • Balance sheet, TDS,GST and Income Tax monitoring and finalization
  • Statutory Audit and Internal audit
  • Vendor Reconciliation
  • Preparation of stage wise budget per work completion details for accounts finalization
  • Budget preparation along with variance analysis
  • Preparing MIS weekly and delivering presentations to help management make strategic decision
  • Service Tax, TDS, WCT, Labour Cess
  • Coordinate with financial institutions for project/construction funding
  • Manage all activities related to funding tie-up ,due diligence & financial closure
  • Liaison with banks and funding partners on a day to day basis
  • Opening of Letter of Credit (LC) / Bank Guarantee in favour of suppliers / Contractors.
  • Balance sheet analysis & financial planning
  • Ensure integrity and control and continuous improvement across F&A processes in the organization
  • Oversee sales accounting and collection
  • Coordination with legal, purchase ,projects and sales department with regards to finance and budget preparation
  • Processing of vendor and contractor bills and per company policy
  • Preparation of cash flow, ratio analysis ,operating cost analysis ,working capital analysis and debt analysis
  • Appear before tax and revenue authorities on a need basis
  • Ensure all expenditures are approved by management before disbursement
  • Prepare project feasibility reports for management
  • Handling entire HR related statutory matters related to finance/accounts including Professional Tax, TDS, PF and timely filings of labour laws related documents
  • Performing secretarial functions including compliance under the Companies Act, 1956
  • Participate in negotiation meetings to facilitate finalization of contracts/vendor agreements
  • Review of all contracts for commercial implications, financial risk implications and contract management
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • CA with 8+ years in finance and having worked with large real estate developer
  • Knowledge of preparing proposals for banks and NBFC’s
  • Knowledge of latest trends in Finance and Accounts in the real estate industry
  • IND AS Accounting
  • Indirect and Direct Taxation knowledge
  • Expert in TALLY ERP
  • Able to work under pressure
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for lead generation through channel partners
  • Responsible for new channel partner acquisition and managing the existing channel partners
  • Follow Up and follow through the leads via mails or over phone or through Face to Face meetings
  • Meeting the clients, giving presentations about the product
  • Facilitating site visits of the customers, resolving their queries and facilitating deal closures
  • Experience in outdoor marketing activities, client meetings, presentations

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Concept plans detailed verification for constructability, efficiency and local statutory requirements.
  • Preparation and interface with Environmental consultant for drawings and appropriate EC documentation
  • Marketing collateral verification and approval required for all sales/promotion/digital marketing channels
  • Verification of liaison plan and record the appropriate plan differences
  • Interaction with liaison architect/ municipal office/PMRDA office to enhance plan approval/NOC’s required to begin construction
  • Develop concept plans as per management/JV partner requirements.

  • Required: Graduate of Architecture with 6 or more years of experience Architecture and Planning in Real Estate/hospitality industry.
  • Autocad latest version, 3D maxx, google sketch up, Revit , excell, Photoshop and have good knowledge of local bylaws, EC,RERA,IGBC and all NOC requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Objective: Enhance overall technical capacity of the organization through detailed planning ,design and execution support . Candidate to lead planning and design efforts on our Mundhwa site and then move onto site execution.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Concept plans detailed verification for constructability, efficiency and local statutory requirements
  • Responsible for Proper execution of Specific Civil and other construction activities at site in line with GFC drawings, specifications and quality standards per our quality and specification manuals.
  • Experience in commercial buildings planning an execution . Knowledge of the use of PT slab is a must
  • Knowledge of latest materials\technologies that can enhance overall look and feel of the building and also reduce execution time
  • Preparation and interface with Environmental consultant for drawings and appropriate EC documentation\EC presentation
  • Interaction with liaison architect/ municipal office to enhance plan approval/all NOC’s required to begin construction
  • Good for construction drawing verification for all the departments/consultants/stakeholders of project
  • Meet the defined schedules of time/cost/manpower and ensure the construction is as per the defined quality parameters.
  • Responsible for reducing the material wastage at the site, ensuring proper handling of material and safety standards by contractor.
  • Ensure timely debits/reports to contractor for mishandling , quality and safety mishaps on site
  • Ensure support to billing engineer in work assessment certification of contractors for timely billing.
  • Ensure debits to contractors for rework due to drawing misreads and bad quality work. Cost of poor quality report to be made by the engineer and such shall be debited to the contractor.
  • Ensure the technical specifications of the project are understood well for execution as per GFCs. These specifications to be outlined in RERA and proper strategy to be made to fulfil the same on site. Responsibility of the same to lie with the Senior Engineer .
Candidate Requirements:
